The Message Poster Renaissance Centre ran from 1968 to 1972 in Kings Cross, NSW and was founded by "environmental futurist" Franklin Michael Charles Scarf (Aust., b.1941). He also founded the Earth Repair Foundation in 1987, which is an "independent, self-funded, non-government organisation dedicated to helping implement solutions for a sustainable future."
