Eric Goulden (Brit., b.1954), known as Wreckless Eric, is an English "rock/new wave singer-songwriter, best known for his 1977 single Whole Wide World on Stiff Records. Big Smash is Wreckless Eric's third album, released in February 1980." Ref: Wiki.
The poster design seems to be influenced by Roy Lichtenstein's 1960s Explosion series.
